Wild Winter Expedition

I am organizing the second Wild Winter Expedition this coming January.

During this 6-day expedition, we will take you into the wilderness every day, take ice baths in freezing rivers and waterfalls, I will guide multiple breathing sessions, and we will go on spectacular hikes in the mountains. As a grand finale, we will conquer Mount Snezka on the last day in shorts. (Last year it was minus 17 degrees!)
After 6 days, you will undergo a significant transformation and feel who you truly are and what you stand for. Something incredibly valuable for the rest of your life.
 
I am organizing this expedition together with the highly experienced Marta Vera from Ireland.
 
We will be staying at the 5-star Green Mountain Hotel, which features saunas, a swimming pool, hot tubs, and amazing food. Everyone has their own room to retreat to and find some time for themselves.
